Extensive Support and Partnerships

Hands-On Experience: Practical training in farm operations and infrastructure.
Tested Soil Quality: Ensure optimal conditions for chosen crops.
Continuous Coaching: Ongoing coaching and mentoring to guide your agribusiness journey.
Our partnerships with corporate sponsors enable the development of future business leaders.
Transformational Experience
Our 8.5-hectare farm in Centurion serves as our primary training and development centre, growing fresh produce in tunnels, shadenet housing, and open fields. Additionally, our 100-hectare farm in Ekurhuleni produces fresh produce for major retailers and other market outlets.
Programme Duration: Each comprehensive training programme runs for 12 months. Graduates are allocated leased land and receive ongoing support to operate their agribusinesses, even without owning land.
Goal: EARN aims to settle at least 10 agripreneurs on productive land each quarter, totalling 40 annually with one stream of cohorts. With one stream, over five years, we anticipate 200 agripreneurs would complete the programme, creating over 10,000 jobs in primary agriculture alone if each can employ 50 people on average. This number would multiply if we increase the streams of cohorts per intake.
Embrace Innovation
We are open to innovative ideas that support African agribusiness, leading to job creation and sustainable economic growth. Our projects’ success will be evaluated over time as our programmes progress.

About EARN
Enterprising Africa Regional Network Proprietary Limited (“EARN”) is a South African registered private for-profit but purpose-driven organisation. Established in 2014, EARN’s overriding goal is to create a global impact through the development of a new generation of successful young African entrepreneurs from different backgrounds who would develop and run successful and sustainable global businesses to create jobs and bring about prosperity. EARN aims to work with these young people to identify opportunities and then develop and run successful businesses around them.
